CROSSLINK LEADERSHIP

Crosslink Christian Network operates as a Company Limited by Guarantee (no share capital). Members of the company are the Endorsed Ministers. Board Nominations are received and Directors are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. At all meetings of the Company, each Affiliated Church is represented by a Member and has one vote. The Board appoints its office bearers each year. Both membership and officer roles are renewable. The Board meets four times a year in the third month of each quarter (usually online).

 The Leadership of the Network is served by a Team of leaders appointed by the Board on the basis of gifting, calling and vision for the ongoing work. They meet weekly online and in person a few times a year over two or three days. Appointments do not have a specified tenure but are reviewed by the Board every year. The current Leadership Group consists of seven persons. As a sub-committee of the Board, they have no institutional power, but are known for what they carry from God. As an enterprise, leadership in Crosslink seeks to represent the nature of the kingdom of God, namely power under rather than power over. At all times we seek to serve through establishing trusted relationships.
